The
variable-pitch propeller for your model airplane.
Very simple engineering allows quick and synchronous adjustment of the VarioPROP‘s propeller pitch. Just turning one adjustment screw swings all the blades to exactly the desired pitch with the help of a measuring scale provided with each hub, and a pointer. And pitch adjustment is possible without removing the propeller from the model, so after landing you can quickly set a new pitch for the next flight.
Also, with a VarioPROP... the pitch is adjustable from 2.5 to 6.0 inches
in 0.25-inch increments in the hub size 6A. The pitch is adjustable from
2.5 to 12.0 inches in 0.25-inch increments in the hub size 8B. The pitch
is adjustable from 2.5 to 14.0 inches in 0.25-inch increments in the hub
size 12C. you can use the same 2-, 3- or 4-blade hub with a large assortment
of blade diameters from 5.6 to 15.0 inches, and three different blade
profiles -- scale, high-rpm and slow-flyer.... changing a single blade is easy whether it‘s broken and needs
replacing or you want to remove them all and try a new diameter
or
profile.
... the propeller is extremely light.... finally you can buy a propeller that not only looks like a scale original, but it almost functions the same way too!
The pitch scale is simply attached to the root of a blade and using a small screw driver you adjust all the blades synchronously. Afterwards, secure the blades by tightening down the spinner.
