Orders paid by Credit Card or Check: Will be shipped Priority mail to USA addresses - shipping will be calculated at time of check out.  If you have any questions on shipping charges please email splash@e-flightline.com

 

Outside the continental US (including APO-FPO)

Orders paid by Credit Card: Because we have found that shipping charges very greatly outside the US we request that you email us for shipping cost ( splash@e-flightline.com ).  We will do our best to come up with the best way to get the pax to you.

 

 

Return Policy

If you don't like what you got from us send it right back to us. We will give you an immediate refund or credit to your credit card. We will give no refunds nor credits for returns that arrive more than 60 days from the date of our shipment to you.

If you return something:
1. Don't wait to return it---please send it back as soon as you can.
2. Return a copy of our invoice or picking ticket, or tell us the order number.
3. Tell us what was wrong with the item: we're not offended if you just don't like it.
4. If the item is altered in any way or is not in retail condition we will not take it back.
5. Please pack the item for return the way we packed it.
6. If it is a Hitec product please contact them directly at 858-748-8440.

We try to process returns within 2 days. If we have any questions we will contact you. Include as much information as possible as this will speed up the return process.

Privacy Policy

Collected Information

We collect financial and personal information to the extent necessary to process product orders.  This information is only used to conduct the fulfillment of the visitor's order and is not shared with outside entities except as needed to fulfill the customer's payment obligation. 

We collect only aggregate information on what pages visitors access.  The information we collect is used for internal review to improve the web site.  We do not share this information with any other organization for commercial purposes.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information that we maintain about them and a description of any other information that we maintain about them.  Consumers can review this information by submitting a written request to our address below.

Upon request, customers have the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, transaction information, and any communications that the customer/visitor has directed to the site.  Corrections must be provided in writing and signed and dated by the customer.

Protection of Collected Information

We take steps to protect information that is collected as outlined above.  These include encryption of transmitted data to and from our website and that of our third-party suppliers, encryption of stored data on our computer network/systems, and firewall protection of our computer network/systems from potential malicious acts by unauthorized parties.

Usage of Information

If you supply us with your postal address you will be added to our customer database.  This database is used to maintain ready reference to customer data for the purposes of fulfilling future orders.   This information may be used by e-flightline in the future for the purposes of mailing updated product information to potential consumers.  Visitors who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed or to provide information specifically requested by you.  Your name and address information are provided to our credit card processing provider for the purposes of fraud prevention and verification of card ownership.  Your telephone number is never shared with entities outside of Castle Creations.

Changes to this Policy

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our web site periodically.

Third Party Providers

We use third party providers for various services.  While we try to select companies with fair privacy policies, we cannot be responsible for their actions.  It is suggested you read the privacy policy of each provider if you have any concerns.
 

Violations of this Policy

Please contact us for clarification if you feel this site is not following its stated privacy policy.  We will investigate all alleged violations and take corrective action when necessary to rectify the situation and prevent further recurrence.
